Return Eligibility

- Products damaged by the customer
- Items without original packaging
- Change of mind after delivery
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team with your Order ID
- Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
- Our team will review and confirm your request
- After approval, we will arrange return or replacement
Refund Policy
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5β7 working days
- Refunds may be issued via:
- Mobile banking (bKash/Nagad)
- Bank transfer
- Adjustment with your next order
Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, you may also request a replacement product if available. We will deliver the replacement as quickly as possible.
Delivery Charges
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will cover delivery charges
- If applicable otherwise, the customer may need to bear the return cost
