Delivery Coverage

We currently provide delivery services all over Bangladesh, including major cities and remote areas.

Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days

Delivery time may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or courier service availability.

Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳60 – ৳80
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳100 – ৳130

Note: Delivery charges may change based on order size, weight, or promotional offers.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh for your convenience. Please ensure you provide accurate contact details for smooth delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, our support team will contact you or provide tracking details. You can also reach out to us with your Order ID to get updates.

Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure your address and phone number are correct.
  • Our delivery partner will attempt delivery multiple times if needed.
  • If the customer is unreachable, the order may be canceled.

Delayed or Failed Delivery

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Natural disasters or bad weather
  • Political or transport issues
  • Courier service disruptions

We will always inform you if there are any unexpected delays.

International Delivery

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, orders can be managed through our USA office (for internal operations only).
